Thinking of moving?

We combine considered presentation, market knowledge and focused distribution to position each home properly.

  • Considered presentation

Photography, plans and writing prepared before launch, so the home is shown accurately and well.

  • Market knowledge

Advisers who know the streets, the comparable sales and the buyers actually looking.

  • Focused distribution

A registered-buyer launch first, then selected portals. Fewer, better-organised viewings.

Our approach

How HAVEN sells

Six stages, no theatre. This is an illustration of the process for a fictional agency.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start by listening: why you are moving, what the home needs to do, and what a good outcome looks like for you.

  2. 02

    Position

We set a realistic price range from comparable sales and live demand, and agree how the home should be presented.

  3. 03

    Present

Photography, floor plans and a written description that is accurate and specific, prepared before anything goes public.

  4. 04

    Launch

A focused launch to our registered buyers first, then selected portals, with a small number of well-organised viewings.

  5. 05

    Negotiate

We handle offers and conditions directly and report back promptly, keeping the process calm and the facts clear.

  6. 06

    Complete

We coordinate with the notary, the buyer's advisers and any conditions through to the deed, and the handover of keys.

Valuation

Request a valuation

Tell us a little about the property. In a real agency an adviser would call you to arrange a visit.

Concept form. No valuation is calculated, no information is submitted and no one will contact you.

Living area, an estimate is fine.

This is a concept form. No valuation is calculated and no information is submitted.
